Premium flame seared fillets with garlic, basil,
and Romano cheese plus roasted bruschetta
For food safety and quality, please follow these cooking instructions. Keep frozen until ready to prepare — do not refreeze.
• Place oven rack in center of the oven.
• Preheat oven to 400°F.
• Remove frozen fish from the packaging.
• Place frozen fish in a single layer on a foil-lined shallow baking pan.
• Bake for 21 to 28 minutes.
• Place 2 frozen fillets in a single layer in a microwave-safe dish.
• Loosely cover and cook on HIGH power for 5 to 6 minutes.*
• For best results, rotate once halfway through cooking.
• Let stand covered for about 2 minutes before serving.
CAUTION: Steam can cause burns. Use caution when removing hot food.
*NOTE: Since appliances vary, these cooking instructions are only a guideline. Fully cooked fish should have an internal temperature of 165ºF.
THAWING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CREAMY, LEMON GARLIC SAUCE
Place sauce packet under refrigeration overnight, or place sauce packet in cold water. Knead packet before opening. Drizzle sauce over fish before serving.
To Heat Sauce (optional): Pour sauce from thawed packet into a microwave-safe container and heat on HIGH for 10 to 15 seconds, or pour sauce from thawed packet into a sauce pan and heat over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
