1 pkg. (10 oz.) Sea Cuisine® Tortilla Crusted Tilapia fillets
1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lime juice
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry oregano
1/8 tsp. kosher salt
Dash black pepper
Dash hot red pepper
1-1/2 tbsp. sesame oil
1-1/2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tomato, chopped
1/2 mango, cubed
1/2 avocado, cubed
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 burrito-sized flour tortillas
2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Cook Tortilla Crusted Tilapia fillets as directed on package. Cool 15 minutes and cut into strips.
Meanwhile, whisk together lemon juice, lime juice, vinegar, oregano, salt, black and red pepper in a medium bowl. Gradually whisk in sesame and olive oils until well blended. Stir in the tomato, mango, avocado, onion and cilantro with a rubber spatula just until combined.
Wrap tortillas in paper toweling and microwave for 10 seconds to soften. Place tortillas on work surface. Arrange lettuce, shredded cheese, mango mixture and Tortilla Crusted Tilapia strips in a line down the center of each tortilla. Fold in sides and roll up tightly. Cut in half to serve.
