1 pkg. (10 oz.) Sea Cuisine® Parmesan Tilapia filets
, thawed and uncooked
1 cup cubed potatoes, boiled, drained and mashed
2 tbsp. milk
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup Italian flavored breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. olive oil
Chop Parmesan Tilapia fillets on board and place in a large bowl. Add potatoes and milk; stir together until blended. Shape into 4 (4-inch diameter) patties. Place egg and breadcrumbs in separate shallow bowls. Dip fish cakes in egg, then in breadcrumbs to coat.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add fish cakes and cook 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked throughout. Serve hot.>
