Ingredients:
3 pkgs. (10 oz. each)
Sea Cuisine® Parmesan Crusted Tilapia fillets 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup canola oil
1 cup jarred tomato sauce, heated
Preparation:
Cook Parmesan Crusted Tilapia as directed on package. Cool 15 minutes and chop.
Combine Parmesan, bread crumbs, eggs, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and chopped Parmesan Crusted Tilapia in a large bowl. Shape into 8 patties (2.5-inch diameter).
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 4 tilapia cakes and cook 4 minutes per side or until golden brown. Place on paper toweling to drain; repeat. Serve with tomato sauce.
