2 Sea Cuisine® Lemon Pepper Tilapia fillets
8 cucumber slices
4 tomato slices
2 pieces pita bread
¼ cup fresh sprouts
¼ cup herbed feta cheese crumbles
Cook Lemon Pepper Tilapia fillets as directed on package. Cut fillets into chunks.
Divide cucumber and tomato across center of both pieces of pita bread. Place tilapia over vegetables. To finish, sprinkle half the sprouts and feta cheese across each and fold. Serves 2.
