Very enjoyable recipe, simple to make and easy to serve. One note: this recipe states that it "serves 2"; however, the pasta salad alone would serve more than two people. I cut my cooked pasta back by 1/3 and had plenty to accompany the Salmon Fillets. This is a very satisfying and delicious meal.
