Ingredients:

Sea Cuisine® Mediterranean Crusted Salmon fillets 2 tbsp. softened cream cheese
1 tbsp. prepared basil pesto
2 ciabatta rolls, split
2 leaves of lettuce
5 sun-dried tomato halves
Preparation:
Cook Mediterranean Crusted Salmon as directed on package. Meanwhile, blend cream cheese and pesto in a small bowl until blended. Spread cheese mixture onto bottom of open rolls. Top with lettuce, then tomatoes. Place salmon fillet on top of tomatoes. Cover with roll top. Serve with chips, broccoli slaw, or pasta salad. Serves 2.
