2 Sea Cuisine® Mediterranean Salmon fillets
12 oz. chive and onion cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup minced fresh parsley
2 English cucumbers, sliced
20 mini sweet peppers, halved
Cook Mediterranean Salmon fillets as directed on package.
Crumble cooked fillets into mixing bowl. Combine with softened cream cheese using a hand mixer or potato masher. Form mixture into a 9” log. Roll in parsley. Place in center of serving tray. Surround with vegetables. Dispose of after 4 hours of serving. Serves 6.
