Sea Cuisine® Mediterranean Salmon fillets 1 box (12 oz.) jumbo pasta shells
15 oz. ricotta cheese
1½ cups (5 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 jar (25 oz.) vodka pasta sauce
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook Mediterranean Salmon fillets as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook large pasta shells as directed on package.
In a medium bowl, combine fillets, ricotta cheese, spinach, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Mash together with a large fork until thoroughly combined. In a 13”x 9” baking dish, spread ½ cup sauce. Fill each shell with about 1 tbsp. ricotta mixture. Layer filled shells in the dish. Pour remaining sauce over shells. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with foil. Bake 35 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Serves 6.
