Multigrain Tilapia Po Boy Fish Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 Sea Cuisine® Multigrain Tilapia fillets
2 (6”) hoagie rolls, split
4 leaves green leaf lettuce
6 tomato slices, halved
¼ cup Thousand Island salad dressing

Preparation:

Cook Multigrain Tilapia fillets as directed on package.

Line bottom of sandwich rolls with lettuce. Place one fish fillet on the bottom half of each roll. Layer the tomato slices on top of fillet. Apply a generous amount of salad dressing on top. Finish by placing top half of roll on each fish sandwich. Serves 2.
