Honey Chipotle Salmon Tacos

2 Sea Cuisine® Honey Chipotle Salmon fillets
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cilantro leaves
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic
4 (6”) flour or corn tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cup diced tomatoes
guacamole

Cook Honey Chipotle Salmon as directed on package.

Meanwhile, in a blender or high-speed food processor, process sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, and garlic until smooth. Set aside.

Heat tortillas on grill or in a dry sauté pan. Cut fillets into strips. Top tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, and salmon. Serve as an appetizer for 4 or with black beans and rice as an entrée for 2. Serve with cilantro sour cream and guacamole on the side.
