Macadamia Nut Tilapia Citrus Salad

2 Sea Cuisine® Macadamia Nut Tilapia fillets
1 jar (1 lb. 4 oz.) citrus sections, drained (in the refrigerated produce section)
¼ cup red onion, cut into strips
2 tbsp. sunflower kernels
Catalina-style salad dressing
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped

Cook Macadamia Nut Tilapia as directed on package. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine citrus sections, onion and sunflower kernels with salad dressing. Divide romaine into 2 large bowls. Divide citrus mixture in half and place into bowls on top of lettuce. Place 1 cooked Tilapia fillet, cut into 4 pieces, in each bowl. Serves 2.
