Multigrain Tilapia Pesto Wraps

2 Sea Cuisine® Multigrain Tilapia fillets
¼ cup light mayonnaise
2 tbsp. prepared basil pesto
2 burrito-size tortillas or sandwich wraps
5 oz. fresh spinach
4 thin slices Swiss cheese

Cook Multigrain Tilapia as directed on package. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise with pesto. Set aside.

Spoon mayonnaise mixture onto tortilla wraps. Place spinach over mayonnaise. Place 1 tilapia fillet on top of spinach. Finish by placing 2 slices of cheese on each piece of fish. Close wrap. Cut wrap in half. Serve with fries if desired. Serves 2.
