Sea Cuisine® Tortilla Crusted Tilapia fillets 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro 4 cups mixed salad greens 1 cup black olives, sliced 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced 2 cups Mexican-style shredded cheese blend 1 avocado, pitted and sliced 1 cup salsa 1 cup sour cream Lime wedges, for serving
Season Tortilla Crusted Tilapia filets with lime juice and cilantro. Cook as directed on package. Cool 15 minutes and slice into strips. Meanwhile, toss together salad greens, olives, red onions and cheese in a large bowl. Divide between 2 salad bowls. Top each with avocado slices and Tortilla Crusted Tilapia strips. Serve with salsa, sour cream and lime wedges for topping. Makes 2 servings.
