Ingredients:
1 box (24 oz.)
Sea Cuisine® Shrimp Scampi 5 cups cooked rotini or fusilli pasta
4 cups fresh spinach, washed
½ cup quartered artichoke hearts, drained and pressed dry
½ cup roasted red bell peppers, sliced

Cook
Shrimp Scampi as directed on package. Meanwhile, place all remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour in shrimp and sauce. Mix well. Serves 4.
