1 pkg. (1.9 oz.) premade frozen phyllo cups
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Sea Cuisine® Shrimp Scampi
8 oz. sour cream
¼ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 tbsp. snipped chives
Remove phyllo cups from freezer. Thaw as directed.
Cook Shrimp Scampi as directed on package. Remove and discard tails. Place a dollop of sour cream in the bottom of phyllo cup. Place shrimp on top of sour cream. Drizzle scampi sauce over shrimp. Garnish with tomato and chives. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
