Ingredients:
1 pkg. (10 oz.)
Sea Cuisine® Lemon Pepper Tilapia fillets 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 tbsp. drained capers, chopped
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest
Preparation:
Cook Lemon Pepper Tilapia fillets as directed on package.
Meanwhile, stir together yogurt, capers, onion, parsley, lemon juice and zest in a small bowl. Spoon sauce over Lemon Pepper Tilapia fillets and serve.
