2 Sea Cuisine® Tortilla Crusted Tilapia fillets
1 bag (18 oz.) restaurant-style tortilla chips
8 oz. container sour cream
3 plum tomatoes, sliced into 24 rings
8 oz. container prepared guacamole
Cook Tortilla Crusted Tilapia as directed on package. Cut each fillet into 12 bite-sized pieces. Arrange 24 tortilla chips on serving platter. Place a dollop of sour cream in center of each tortilla chip. Top with tomato ring. Place a piece of tilapia on top of tomato. Finish with a dollop of guacamole. Serves 4 to 6.
