2 Sea Cuisine® Tortilla Crusted Tilapia fillets
8 oz. herbed cream cheese
2 burrito-size flour tortillas
6-inch piece seedless cucumber, cut into ¼-inch-wide long strips
1 large red pepper, cut into ¼-inch-wide long strips
Cook Tortilla Crusted Tilapia as directed on package. When the fillets are cooled enough to handle, place on cutting board and cut into long thin strips. Divide cream cheese in half and apply a thick coat onto each tortilla. Arrange tilapia fillets, cucumbers, and red peppers over the cream cheese. Finish by rolling tortillas, filling-side in, and slicing rolled tortillas into wheels. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
