2 Sea Cuisine® Tortilla Crusted Tilapia Fillets
4 crispy tostada shells
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cup pico de gallo
½ cup canned refried beans
½ cup cooked Mexican style rice
¼ cup shredded Queso Blanco
Cook Tortilla Crusted Tilapia as directed on package. Meanwhile, place a tostada shell onto a large plate. Place half of the lettuce and pico de gallo on the shell. Top with tostada shell. Spread half of the refried beans, rice, and then queso blanco over 2nd shell. Top with Tortilla Crusted Tilapia. Repeat process one more time to make second tostada tower. Serve with lime wedges. Serves 2.
