Conventional Oven
- Place over rack in center and preheat to 425°f. Bake frozen cakes on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan for 16 to 18 minutes.
Microwave (1100-Watt Oven)
- On a covered, microwave-safe plate, cook frozen cakes on high power for 1 ½ to 2 minutes. Let sit covered in microwave for 2 minutes. Caution! Steam can cause burns. Use caution when removing hot food.
To Thaw
- Remove frozen cakes from package, plate, securely cover, and let sit in refrigerator overnight. Do not refreeze.
Broil
- Place over rack in center and preheat to high heat. Broil thawed cakes on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for 5 more minutes.
Pan Fry
- Coat skillet with oil. Place thawed cakes in skillet, cover with lid, fry over low heat for 13 minutes, flip, & cook for 13 more minutes. Note: cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
