Conventional Oven
- Place rack in center of oven and preheat to 400F. Place frozen fillets on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 17-19 Minutes. Turn broiler on High and broil for 2-3 minutes.
Convection Oven
- Place rack in center of oven and preheat to 375F. Place frozen fillets on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 15-17 Minutes. Turn broiler on high and broil for 2-3 minutes.
Air Fryer
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place fish in a single layer in the air fryer. Air fry for 10 to 13 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. NOTE: Cooking times will vary by air fryer model and wattage. Recommended cooking times are based on a 1550-watt air fryer. These instructions are only a guideline.
