Convential Oven
- Place rack in center of oven Preheat to 400⁰F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 20-22 minutes.
Convection Oven
- Place rack in center of oven. Preheat to 375⁰F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 17-18 minutes.
Air Fryer
- Line basket with foil. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 1 minute. Place fish in a single layer in the air fryer. Air fry for 11 to 14 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
