Conventional Oven

  • Place oven rack in center of the oven. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen fish in a single layer on a lightly oiled foil lined, shallow baking pan skin side up. Bake for 24 to 27 minutes. Turning Halfway through baking.


  • Pre heat grill to low heat until the temperature reaches 350*F. grab a long piece of foil, fold it in half 2 times, and place on grill. Lightly oil/grease the foil, place filet skin side up to start, and cook for 23-25 minutes, gently turning every 4-5 minutes to avoid burning.
  • NOTE: For food safety and quality, please follow these cooking instructions. Keep frozen until ready to prepare – Do not refreeze. Since appliances vary, be sure to cook to a minimum temperature of 155°F before enjoying!
