Malt Vinegar Aioli

Ingredients
Preparation
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt (full fat variety)
- 2 tbsp Malt Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Thyme, chopped (dried)
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well until combined. Reserve under refrigeration until ready to use.
