- 4 ea Sea Cuisine Smoky Bourbon BBQ Shrimp Skewers
- 2 ea Beefsteak Tomato, sliced
- 2 ea Avocado, Sliced
- 1/2 cup Red Onion, sliced
- 1/4 Cup Jalapeno, sliced
- 1/4 cup Cotija Cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 ea Lime
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- Prepare the BBQ Shrimp skewers according to the package instructions.
- While the Shrimp cooks gather the rest of your ingredients and begin assembling the Tomato Salad. On a large platter lay out the sliced tomatoes, followed by the sliced avocados, red onions and jalapenos.
- Drizzle the entire tomato salad with the olive oil. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice across the salad before garnishing the dish with the crumbled cotija cheese and a light sprinkle of chili powder.
- Serve the fully cooked Shrimp skewers along side the tomato salad and enjoy!
