Sweet Bourbon Salmon with Garlicky Charred Brussel Sprouts

Sweet Bourbon Salmon served with garlicky charred Brussel Sprouts
Serves: 2


  • 1 package of Sea Cuisine Sweet Bourbon Salmon
  • 12 Brussel sprouts – halved
  • 2 cloves garlic – sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon – optional
  1. Cook Sea Cuisine Sweet Bourbon Salmon as per package directions.
  2. Toss Brussel sprouts with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet to medium high heat and place the Brussel sprouts, flat side down into the pan.
  4. Flip Brussel sprouts once charred (approx. 2min) and continue to cook.
  5. Add garlic, turn down the heat and continue to cook Brussel sprouts until desired textured is reached.
  6. You can also transfer them to the oven if you wish. Finish Brussel sprouts with lemon juice (optional) and serve with Sweet Bourbon Salmon.
