Convential Oven

  • Place rack in center of oven. Preheat to 425°F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 25 to 27 minutes.

Air Fryer

  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F for 1 minute. Place fish in a single layer in the air fryer. Air fry for 10 to 13 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
