Conventional Oven
- Arrange rack in center of the oven and preheat to 425 ̊F. Remove frozen fillets from tray and bake on a shallow, non-stick baking pan for 18 - 22 minutes.
- NOTE: Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 155 ̊F. Microwave cooking not recommended.
